Fiona’s Cakery is a one woman show, based in Sydney, Australia. I create artisan style chocolates, bars and blocks using high quality couverture chocolate from Switzerland and beans grown in The Solomon Islands. Flavours, fillings and toppings are aligned with the seasons with a strong focus on using local produce from within and indigenous to Australia. The Cakery also bakes celebration cakes upon request and gingerbread.
