SORI JEONG – PASTRY CHEF, CAKER, CAKE DESIGNER, INSTRUCTOR
I am a qualified pastry chef who graduated from a French culinary school called ‘Le cordon bleu’ in 2014 and worked in the industry for a couple of years as a chef.
Then decided to leave the commercial kitchen behind to begin my own journey which led me to start up this small business of mine in 2016.
Since then. I have been creating all these beautiful edible arts and teaching various cake decorating courses at Australian Patisserie Academy in Ryde TAFE.
